A hidden gem in Antigonish. I went the first time about 2 years ago and to be honest I was a bit aprehensive as I had never heard of such a thing before. It turned out to be an awesome experience and continues to get better each subsequent time as you learn to relax. Facilites are SUPER clean, the owner Amanda is great at explaining the process, is always friendly and never rushes you out after your floating time has ended.

I haven't done a float for quiet a long time now. After this experience, I'll be sure to make it a more common occurrence. Amanda does a great job guiding newcomers through the process, the float pod is fantastic, the location central and all in all, a first class experience. Go - you won't regret it!

This was my first float, I have been to other spa type places and this was over the top. The experience is very intense but if you can handle it I thoroughly believe it will change you for the better. I highly recommend to all. Voice any and all concerns to the wonderful staff who can most likely work around any issues you have (even while inside 🙂 going in at first can be a bit scary but it does not have to be as long as you go slow. I do advise reading up on the procedure before going. Local and loving it.

I have been floating twice now!! What can I say, I am hooked!! Amanda is so nice and knowledgable about the floating process, she put me at ease before my first float!! I would recommend a float to any one who needs to get away from reality for a bit and RELAX!!
