I recently had an exceptional experience purchasing a used mower tractor that I seen online from this business. The sales team was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the features of the product in detail. When I had a change of heart overnight and decided to upgrade to the "Big Green' zero turn fully electric mower, they were more than accommodating and offered to deliver the new unit.
The product quality is excellent, and it has exceeded my expectations in terms of performance and ease of use. The team was fair, and the pricing was great; I feel I got an excellent deal on a high-quality product.
This is a spectacular small business with large offerings, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-notch customer service and great pricing.

I bought a Stihl robotic lawn mower from Nes-Tech in June 2021. The mower was installed by a Stihl rep and the promise was that it would cut the approx. 1 acre of lawn. That did not work at all. I had to reduce the area to cut to 1/4 acre to ge t an acceptable job. Since 2021, I had two problems with the robot. The first time, two years ago, it took 2 month to fix it! This time, I brought the mower beginning of August, after a no-signal message, to Nes -Tech for diagnosis and repair. Today, September 7. 2024, after more than a month, it is still at Nes-Tech. When I call, they say that they can not get in touch with Stihl. So, I am left with no mower and no service for extended periods of time again...I am very disappointed with my $ 4876 STIHL robotic mower and the service from Nes-Tech, I wonder how long it will take this time to get a diagnosis.

Purchased a Ferris mower here with a brand new motor, sale went well and they delivered promptly after a quick shop service. Unfortunately clutch ceased in the first mowing. Called them back and they promised to pick it up twice and never showed up. Took it to another shop who noted the clutch was incorrectly installed when the new motor work was done. They called Nes-tech and explained the mistake but Nes-tech refused to take ownership. Have been renting a mower this entire summer. Very disappointed with the extra 1200.00 cost
