Their customer service and responsiveness is Amazing! I've ordered parts from them a few times. The orders always arrived in a timely manner, the product in good condition and exactly what I needed. I had a really great experience with Niagara Faucets. I live in Australia and had a tap that needed replacing. First I had to identify a tap model number here first, then google to find where sold it, and Mike was the only one who got back to me. He was able to correctly identify it, ship it out to me with clear and simple directions and communication over email, and with awesome follow-up and customer care to check I had received it, I felt really well taken care of as this was a lot of money. I've now had two great experiences with Niagara Faucets. They ship exactly the right product very quickly. Recently I ordered two different shower cartridges because until the plumber could open the shower, we wouldn't know which one was needed. I kept each in the original unopened packaging, and arranged to returned the one that wasn't needed by mail. The customer service for the return was excellent -- quick, clear responses and an efficient return. Thank you Niagara Faucets!

Our experience with Niagara Faucets is one of the best we have ever had with a supply store. Bryan was attentive and responsive to our problem and needs despite the fact that our dialogue began on a Sunday. We didn't expect to hear back until the work week but received a call soon after we left a message. He guided us through disassembling a faucet on our sailboat in order to see the correct cartridge needed to repair the leaky faucet. His help was exceptional and much appreciated. We received our part one week later as we live in MD. Bryan took it one step further and spoke to the distributor regarding the polished chrome control lever that we inadvertently scratched in the process of repair. We are hoping to receive it any day now at n/c to us. His relationship with them allowed this to happen. Needless to say, we were very happy with our experience with Niagara Faucets. -Cheri and Roger

Not a big fan of writing negative reviews, before giving an opportunity for reconciliation to the involved party. I tried to do that several times to no avail. Therefore, there is a need to share this experience with others. I ordered 2 faucet handles through Niagara faucets and was charged for 2, including a $25 shipping fee, but only received one faucet handle. I sadly gave Niagara the option of refunding me for one faucet handle or sending me the 2nd one. They chose to refund me for one handle, without taking into account the high cost for shipping for which I had paid for to receive 2 faucet handles. So, in effect I ended up paying significantly more for one faucet handle! I offered to pay back the amount of money that was refunded to me, and go back to the original purchase agreement, of receiving 2 faucet handles for the price that I had initially paid. However, Niagara Faucets decided to pass on the extra cost to me, even though it was they, who did not honour my original purchase. If I want to order a second faucet handle now, I will have to pay extra for shipping once again, and that is not good customer service!

I came across Niagara Faucets while searching for a kitchen sink and decided to give them a try. What a great decision. My order was shipped the next day and ready for pickup within two days. When I emailed them with a couple questions they responded very quickly and were very knowledgeable about their product. Overall an excellent experience with a local Canadian company. Shipping, pricing and knowledge all top notch. Highly recommended.

Niagara Faucets provide not only amazing customer service, but also the quality and great prices for the Kraus 30 inch stainless steel farmhouse sink we purchased. We ordered from Niagara on Saturday evening and received a phone call the next day. It was delivered personally by the owner Mike the very next day. No. 1 customer service. We will definitely order again from them!!! We have sink installed and very happy! Thanks.

The order process was very smooth and the return of one of the items as well. Overall a good experience with the Niagara Faucets Team.
The prices on sinks and faucets are very competitive.
I would recommend this company to other people to review.
Just make sure you know what you want and need as you will pay for the return of the products. This is not exclusive to Niagara Faucets but a key item to keep in mind.
