I called Nick after a serious computer failure and despite being busy, he was able to help me that day. He assessed the problem right in my home and took my machine to his shop to order parts and give it a much-needed clean and refurbish. His work was very thorough and he kept me up to date on his progress throughout the repair. Even with having to order custom parts, I was back up within two days with my computer better than before. If you're looking for a very knowledgeable and professional person you can trust to help you - Nick is your man! Highly recommend!

Great service, had CPU issues where my computer wouldn't boot. Did a great job at getting the parts replaced quickly and efficiently, as well as doing a complete physical clean of the PC and software cleanup, all within the same day. Couldn't recommend enough!

Had Nick take a look at my computer when a document I spend over 8 hours on be came corrupted. I couldn't open it at all. After an hour of him looking at it he had it back and it worked perfectly. Nick was awesome to deal with and I will definitely use him again in the future.

Absolutely amazing service. Instantaneous response and instant planning for computer pickup and repair. Explained problems and were dealt with and fixed that day, completely cleaned from Sahara desert levels of dust to spotless, new motherboard installation and fixed operating system errors.

I have worked in customer service my whole life and when you come across someone like nick who take care of you by fixing your son's computer but goes above and beyond with stuff that I don't feel would have been included,like cleaning it and doing wire management. He has bought back my faith in humanity..If I could give him ten stars I would. He did all of the fixes at a reasonable price if your looking for an honest humble no bs type of computer guy who isn't going to rip you off nick is the guy. The list of things and updates he did with such care shows how much he value his business and cares for his clients. Thank you Nick for saving the day! I spilled water on my laptop last night and he was one of the first people to respond to my messages looking for help. I dropped it off in the morning and he delivered the fixed laptop off at my house before noon, even cleaning out parts of my computer internally that needed some attention. All this saved me from having to pay hundreds of dollars to buy a new laptop. Thanks again!

Highly recommend Niagara PC repair.
