I shop at No Frills almost exclusively and on the whole the experience is great with friendly and helpful staff!
That being said, my experience on Sunday Aug 25 at approximately 19:00h was slightly less than pleasant due to the attitude off the young lady at Checkout #1.
Is it possible to meet with a manager to convey my concerns as it would take too much time to list it all here. Thank you.

The process began due to issues with the cashiers. I chose to approach a cashier because I had a coupon. The cashier then decided to round up my order for "pc charity" without first inquiring if I wanted to donate. I understand that cashiers have a quota to meet during their shifts, but it would be more considerate to ask beforehand rather than claiming that they entered the wrong code at the end of the transaction.

Overall a satisfactory grocery store with the biggest issue, and where it loses a star, is the lack of local milk products and the very limited coffee cream section.

Otherwise, staff is always friendly and am regular patron.

Very reasonable prices. The produce is okay if your going to eat within a couple days, it doesn't stay fresh for more then 3-4 days. Great prices on other products. Not much gf or dairy free options sadly. Staff are great and helpful.
