I have been using Nology Solutions for over 20 years. I can't count the number of times that they have saved me (and my company). They are always there when I need them most including after hours emergencies. There has never been anything they could not do for me and I have never considered using anyone else. For me it comes down to customer service and the frustrations that came with it. Coming from being fully supported by our IT support and having my issues resolved without much input on may part it was hard in the beginning to work with Nology to get things sorted and not feeling like I was asking the wrong questions. As a whole I enjoy the team and anytime I spent on the phone. I would think about reaching out if I had any need in the future if working with a small business.
