I’m very pleased with the service I received from the team at North Bay Computer Services. I had an issue with my Bell internet service and after two long and frustrating attempts to remedy my problem with Bell support staff I was promised a call back from a higher tier Bell technician within 48 hours. I waited 4 days (96 hours) and finally gave up on Bell. I called NBCS and was able to get in immediately. Unfortunately my first visit seemed to fix my problem but when I got home I discovered that there was still something wrong. I called NBCS and Meghan booked me in with Cory almost immediately. Cory was excellent and took the time to explain why I was having problems and effectively solved my issue. The company didn’t charge me for the second visit and treated me extremely well. I would highly recommend this business and the professional and thoughtful service they provide. I want to thank Meghan( hope I spelled your name correctly) and Cory for going the extra mile for me. I will not hesitate to support Yann and the amazing team at NBCS in the future. Thanks, Dave

Wonderful service. When the part was delayed the owner called and had the part was expedited and I picked up the lap top today, after calling on Friday. My boss and I are very happy with the service.
I’m changing my rating to a 5 but it should be more like 6. I got a call from the main man! That’s impressing! He also suggested some other plans for the doctor I work for, back up etc. I was so impressed that he took the time to call. We highly recommend this company

No, this is meant for NBCS.I have used this service before, more than once, unfortunately, thought the experience could have been fluke, should have known better. The owner is more than a little weird. He made comments that were not appropriate towards many ethnicities. He has previously resorted to name calling because he can't remember my name. Less one star for proving my point about not finding me in your system. I have met the team more than once. I recall many less than professional remarks; many racist.

Staff were very friendly and kind about my minor pestering, other than a longer than expected wait, they did a wonderful job at diagnosing my issues with my laptop
