Again Aaron has impressed me with the computer his staff and him have built me. in the pictures below are where my computer sits, its great, not one flaw. However I enjoy windows 10, But my computer is not a giant and the fastest, but it does every thing I need and will for years to come. No complaints required.

brought my laptop computer with a hinge problem, and got it back with broken monitor and they said

"While we exercise every precaution and due diligence when servicing your computer it is possible for failure to occur during servicing. We cannot accept responsibility for failures of hardware or software, including loss of data or usage, however caused."

"if you have not retrieved your computer you may now do so free of charge."

They wanted me to pay 'MONITOR which they broke + HINGE" and that's why I refused to pay all of them. I definitely had to pay for hinge but not monitor.

* Be careful and should take a picture before bring your computer to Northern Protocol Computer or you'll be deceived like me.

Didn't even tell me sorry. Should I thank for "free of charge?"

We have purchased and had our computers repaired here for years and have been very pleased with the service. We have a 10+ year old laptop that they have kept in excellent form. They also did a new build for us and we have been very happy with it. Last week, Chris did a house call to set up a controller for my son's computer. He was very generous with his time and made sure that our son understood how everything worked before he left. I highly recommend them.

AMAZING SERVICE! Aaron and his team from Northern Protocol have been my consistent go to for computer service for over 6 years now. I had built a computer with their guidance on custom parts, and it's still running at peak condition due to Northern Protocols consistent support. Even now that I have moved to Western Canada, they are happy to answer any questions I may have, most recently providing some advice on replacing a case fan, and recommending a graphics card upgrade based on my computers specs that I eagerly want for my PC.

I had a custom built PC that threw every curve ball at the technicians. I was anxious and called several times to check in with it and they were incredibly patient and helpful every time I called them. They always had a very informative answer to my questions, even helping me understand more about my system and how it runs. My PC was fixed in a timely fashion and the price was reasonable for the work. Next time I need my PC fixed, I'll definitely be coming back.
