I would give zero stars if I could. They "hired" my spouse as a contractor and then didn't pay him. He sent in his fuel receipts weekly and hasn't received a dollar for work or for fuel. We are actually out money due to this. He worked for them for over a month. I hope they lose all their business.

Promises of better internet than " the big guys" are nothing but lies. Never got the service I was told I would get ie low Download, outages constantly for 3 years. Only after I said fix it or I'm gone, did they show up with a better dish and tell me I would never get the 15 Mbps I paid for because of trees . Maybe if mounted it on a TV tower ,but basically,be happy with what you get. Maybe be up front and honest at the outset instead of just throwing up another dish. Well, now in back with the big guys, more download speed and cheaper. Northern Rural, you suck

The only problem is when you live up north this company is really your only option. The internet service is hit and miss not very strong. Getting a tech to come out in a timely date is rare too. The dispatch center is non existant the customer service are happy and pleasent but again they have to be its there only life line to keep customers. The service is far from addiquate though. If you can find an alternate i would if i could.

So far so good. Watched an NFL game and it was perfect. I got this so that I can monitor my thermostat at the Cottage and everything has been working perfectly. I don’t understand why people seem to have so many issues as I find the staff helpful and courteous. Couldn’t be happier.

Company owner is a fast talking con man who will take your money and say you did not pay through a major Canadian bank. Nepotism at its finest and incompetence abound. Customers don't know what they're talking about and everything is irrelevant as far as he's concerned. Service, as well as customer service, is atrocious. Do not give these people your money. No stars here. Had to give them one to post this.

We just got a tower installed on our property and are super excited for the people in our area to have access to it!! We currently have data limits in our area and the internet isn’t cheap either. I love that they offer unlimited data at a decent price!! Every experience I’ve had speaking with one of their employees has been excellent either through email, phone call or in person!! Very happy with their service so far and will send in another review once things are working 😀

Awful service. Internet is out more than its on. Devices don't even recognize it most times. They like to pass the blame as not their issue that its the lines. So far we are not even a month in and onto our 2nd modem. We were with this company in the past and they were pretty decent to deal with but totally regret returning. Will be shopping around for a new provider
