Awful service. When looking at a pc I told him specifically what I wanted to run and was told will run with ease. Pc has been back 4 times in 6 months and had to pay for upgrades to run what I specifically asked for. Customer service was awful. Always a excuse when it wasn't ready on time and not even considerate enough for a phone call to let me know it would be longer then was told. Go elsewhere for your pc needs he's a scammer

Recently visited North I.T to have my computer reprogrammed and cleaned. The service was top notch and they were very polite. The price was the best in town and my pc has never run better. Would 100% recommend visiting to have your computer serviced or built. Will definitely be visiting again to have my next computer built.

I bought a graphics card from the owner, drew, and brought in one of my 3080s for him the swap the thermal pads. He did the thermal pad swap in under an hour and was very responsive and great at communicating with me throughout the whole process. I learned a lot from my interactions with Drew, and I recommend him to anyone who needs tech related assistance.
