Not only is this the worst internet service but the customer service is a joke. Every time I call, I get different answers to my questions. None of the staff know their own process and policies and outright lie just to appease you so when you call back it's a whole different story with a new lie! It's utterly ridiculous. If you don't know that’s fine, just ask and find out. Don't keep lying! Asked to speak to a manager, they say they can't find them?! Asked well what time are they there? They say, oh we don't know and it depends on the day when they're in..again ?!? It just keeps getting much worse after a month and 8 or 9 calls I've had to make and it's still not over. Fml

Wow, the worst custom service I have experienced. They want me to pay for another internet package for my shop when the cable is passing right by my shop on the way to my house! Can they not put a splitter or better yet send one signal down two lines from the main hub? its 2023 we can get internet beamed to our house from space.... Come to think of it, I will cancel and go with Starlink they said it would be easy to set up. If you have time leave a note with CCTS and fill out there complaint form about Northwest tele. I did.

Worst internet ever. Expensive, always acting up and never an apology or any compensation whatsoever. They also always have a good excuse as to why it's not working. So at the end, you're paying for a service you don't have. Not sure how that can be legal...

Worst internet ever in the world...customer service is a fraud.
People from Yukon, let's all go to starlink.
Impossible to understand howcome the Northwestel prices are so high for this absolute shitty service...a shame.

Entire Neighborhood of west porter creek has internet issues since over 1 month. No fixes, no compensation, no updates with multiple people and businesses having trouble tickets open. The only thing you will find here is excuses, makes Starlink more and more attractive by the day.

Crooks that have a monopoly. $140 a month for their lowest unlimited internet package. Also the internet is always acting up. If you live out of town, starlink is definitely a better option.
