Took my can am spyder there yesterday Sept 26/23 for her yearly maintenance. I bought this new off them in 20/23 and a friend bought a one same day. Mine was 42 plus and his was 30 plus so good chunk of change was given to them. Mine had a suspension fault light come on her so she was taken in the shop and they added air and reset the computer in her. Got down the road for two mins and the light came back on. I paid 40 bucks for them to put air in the airbag and than they tells me my warranty just ran out in July pass which is only two years and was told I had three years when bought new 🤦‍♀️ went back to shop the service guy told me couldn’t take her in to check it again cause it was too late. It was 2:35 on my watch and they didn’t close til 5:30..The service guy was really rude to my sister and me. Not a nice person to deal with at all. But the sales manager was excellent I told him what service guy had said to me and told him I only wanted a little more air added to what he had already done. All he had to do was take back seat off and add air but service guy said “ nope not doing it too late to put her in “ Anyways the sales manager put her in put more air in the airbag and I left still with the suspension fault light still on. There was me getting yearly maintenance done almost 200 my sister had three new tires all new breaks and rollers plus more done which cost almost 2000 and her husband had yearly maintenance done which cost almost 400. Both me and my sister were not treated very nice with the service guy. We will be looking for three new bikes in the near future but Lewisport location will not get anymore of our business unless they get rid of that rude service guy very rude and unprofessional !!!

Took them three weeks to order a straight shaft weed whip off them, but they never actually ordered it. Can only imagine they wanted to to sell me something else I did not want. Very unprofessional and rude. May buy from them, but never deal with their useless salesmen.
