Nova Heat Pumps and Air Conditioning installed a Tosot 24,000 BTU dual unit that comes equipped with Wi-Fi controllers and a great warranty. They did a great job with the installation and their team was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. They explained everything about the units functions, how to download the Wi-Fi controller, and also showed us how to use the hand held controllers. We have nothing but great things to say about Nova Heat Pumps and would recommend them to anyone in the market for heat pumps.

I called Nova Heat Pumps on Monday to come and give us an estimate and I had an appointment for two days later. When Aaron came to the house he explained everything that we would need to have done and told us about all the rebates that were out there to help us. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. We weren’t sure if we needed our heat pump cleaned since we just built the house last Spring and rarely use the heat pump in the summer (used as main heat source in winter).
But we booked a cleaning just to be safe and we were pleasantly surprised when Aaron said it really didn’t need to be cleaned but he cleaned the filter anyway and said no charge.
How wonderfully refreshing to have an honest company that has such excellent customer service and isn’t out to rip people off.

I contacted Nova when we began a multi month renovation. They were responsive all the way through the process and delivered what they said they would for the price they said they would. Great bunch of guys that show up to the house to install, it's nice to have people working on your house that are clearly happy to be at work. I'll be using them again on my next house.

My experience with Nova Heat Pumps & Air Conditioning was absolutely top-notch. The service, the compassion, the knowledge and the honesty, were all 10/10. I had dealt with both Jordan and Aaron and they were both amazing. Jordan came first for the initial cleaning and running diagnostics on the heat pump to figure out the issue, and even took it upon himself to clean out 4-6 ACTIVE wasps nests that were hiding throughout the unit. I had told him not to worry and that I would get an exterminator in first, but he insisted and went at it with the Raid! They take going above and beyond to another level. They also contacted the company for me to get the parts covered under warranty. Idk if that’s common practice, but regardless it took such a load off knowing I didn’t have to deal with that part of the process. It was all done and fixed within a timely manner as well. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Wow! Am I ever impressed with the high quality sales and service of this company. And how proud I am to say that this company is based in our local community of Hantsport. Brody and his staff are honest, knowledgeable and the most professional service people to deal with. Brody helped me figure out not only my heat pump situation but also showed me how to work my system in tandem with my oil back up heating system. He reassured me that he will continue to support me when heating season starts up again. This is all so very reassuring. And their billing process is so easy to navigate.
