I travel all over the country for work. This gym? Incredible. Nothing I expected to be in provost ab. A tad on the pricey end but they have a huge amount of equipment and one off equipment that aren’t in any other gyms I’ve seen in a while. Hardly busy. If you’re out here or near the area and want to train? Check it out.

You'd be wasting your time and money if you went to any other gym within a 200km radius. Honestly maybe more. Only in larger cities will you maybe find something that even begins to shine a light on this beast of a gym.

Every piece of equipment that you could imagine needing it has. If you're into crossfit there is a space for that. The entire building is filled with equipment and you can hit up any workout or train anything you want any time you want.

The facility is nice and clean, and has a locker room. 3 bathrooms, a female only circuit.

If you need literally any help any time at all, you can just ask the staff for help. They are extremely kind and understanding of anything. Any questions you can call them.

The gym is 24/7 and for the cost of a membership it will literally dwarf any other gym you've been to for cost-performance ratio. As you've probably paid a lot more, for a metric ton less.

This gym has absolutely everything you could ever need and then some, and just when you thought you saw it all there's even more. The owners and trainers are amazing always willing to give you a hand or advice. Was really intimidated to start lifting weights but everyone there is so helpful. Every month there is more programs classes and trainers joining as well.

James is a very sincere and professional leader. Very knowledgeable and will help push your limits and meet your goals. The facility is absolutely amazing and can seem a little overwhelming at first due to the amount of professional equipment. Done be afraid to ask questions. Come in and give it a go!!

Literally any machine you want this place has. Even some equipment I didn't know existed is here!
This is probably the biggest gym per capita in all of Canada. Some things just need to be seen.
