Let me be completely honest, this has been one of the worst app experiences I’ve ever had. The app is full of bugs, crashes constantly, and is just not reliable at all.

But what’s even worse is your so-called customer service, which is basically non-existent. I’ve called multiple times and no one ever picks up. No replies, no support, nothing. It feels like the company just doesn’t care about its users at all.

If you want people to actually trust and use your service, start by fixing your app and hiring professional, responsive, and competent support staff. The current state of things is unacceptable.
