My wife and I are taking our kids on a ten month road trip across Canada and the USA. I needed a laptop to be able to edit and publish our journey along with still running my design business. I'm very happy with the service received and problems solved. I even got my computer back a day earlier than expected. I appreciated Peter updating me by text, accompanied by a snapshot when helpful, to let me know what he's finding, how it's going, what he's doing to fix things up.

Peter gave recommendations to extend the life of my aging computer, both with and without an upgrade to the drive (my non-tech word). I appreciate the 'if this, then that' scenarios offered.
