I had a good experience here, got all my stuff back that I took in, came back looking like new coveralls, got like 10 pairs done for 105$ so pricing is good and staff are super friendly. I would recommend.

Went to Olds Cleaners like I have twice before to get our couch blankets cleaned. The lady in there was very rude saying that a few dog hairs that were on the blankets were a problem. Our frenchie cross dogs have short hairs and don't shed much. She complained about the smell of dog on the blankets many times, sniffing the blankets and making a terrible faces. Complaining that the little hairs will clog her filters. I ended up walking out. Crap service at that place. She was so rude.
Never will use it again.
You are cleaners. Thats your job. Stop whining about having to lift a little finger to do some cleaning. Lazy thats for sure.
Make sure that whatever you bring in there to be cleaned is already cleaned apparently. And if you have pets, good luck.

I sent my queen sized blanket to get dry cleaned, after waiting about two weeks finally I was able to get it. After being charged 70$ (it’s standard 50$ in other locations). I brought it home to still be smelling, it had dirt and crunchy stuff on it still, cat hair on it still which always comes off when I take it anywhere else. It smelt like they did a small bit of fabric febreeze and that’s it. I know for a fact that this didn’t get dry cleaned- I am disappointed in how a business in my small town could rip people off because I’m sure I’m not the first. I will being coming on Monday to ask for my money back. Extremely disappointed

Update on my review: I have to change my price it was 63$ not 70$. I tried to speak with the business multiple times regarding having my money back. I then received a call from a lady screaming at me and calling me a C word and saying she is gonna sue me for defamation over the review. It’s saddening that this small town business has shown this much attitude in a small matter.

I went here a few times in the past and it was expensive. Picked up a sweater which they charged me double because it had horse hair on it. Thought maybe their practices had changed and I would try again but after reading the reviews I drove away.

Brought in suit to be dry cleaned - picked up later and when went to wear noticed a reddish brown discoloration on both legs of pants. When returned was told that they noticed it when I brought it in. Never contacted to confirm that with me. Explained that the pants were "fading" - these were black pants.
Took suit to place I purchased suit and they confirmed it was a chemical "burn" on the material , not fading as cleaners stated.

they did a good job of cleaning, but the price was very crazy for two pairs of overalls. over $80 for a cleaning of two overalls and some stitching

Absolutely insane prices..$40 for a 2 peice suite, that is double the price of the average Canadian dry cleaning....I'll drive to Calgary or Red Deer for those prices.
