So, bit of a story to my review.... I give this place a very poor rating as I found it to be very unprofessional and very difficult to deal with.

Here is my experience with this place and some background:
My elderly dad rented out a double unit mainly for my brother to use......some issues surrounding why my dad had to rent the unit for my near 40yo brother but that’s a whole other story. Anyway the unit was rented in my dad’s name and brother had access to the unit. My father past away and I was made executor of his will. So I went to the storage unit just to see what was in it and just what all the details where with the rental unit. When I asked to access the unit the person working there said I could not as my brother paid for the unit (dad was paying up to the last couple weeks or maybe the last month at the most as I seen his accounts). I said I had legal rights to the unit as I was dad’s executor, had the paperwork to prove it and wanted to see what was in the unit. He denied me access saying only my brother had access now that my dad had past away. I tried to talk to him with nothing more than frustration. The worker told me he had changed the unit over into my brother’s name (which is totally illegal) and to talk to my brother if I wanted access. I asked to see a copy of the contract and I did look at it and took a scan also. It was still in my father’s name with the brother only having access to the unit.
I left and contacted my lawyer about this. He did say that I had legal rights to gain access to the unit and that my brother would not be able to have it changed over to his name.
So basically I could present the storage place with a letter from my lawyer stating this and take it up in a civil court case. I really don’t want to go to all this work and the brother can have all that stuff in there anyways.
Just wanted to say how it was a frustrating time with this company and mention that they where very difficult to deal with. Also the lying about the contract being switched over and also their ignorance about the laws ( funny as the guy mentioned how he knew the laws and I didn’t.....I guess my lawyer doesn’t either!!!?).

So hope this might help anyone in the future 😀
