Hi. I had some Battery issues and assumed it was the Alternator. Drove over to One-Stop. This was the afternoon, I left my vehicle and received a call very next morning. Despite having to order a replacement part from Vancouver, One-Stop had my vehicle ready incredibly fast. Very professional, honest work. Highly recommend.

Fast, friendly, reasonable prices. Always get my whip dialed in. Not afraid to diagnose heavily modified vehicles. Seems like there’s a lot of shops out there that only ‘identify’ as mechanics but not these guys, they’re the the real deal. Looking forward to breaking more parts so I can visit them again. Highly recommend.

Incredible service! My car broke down on the highway and when I called they said they'd find out what happened and to have it towed there. So glad I did! Not only did they find out the issue, they explained everything they checked. Ordered the part and got me safely back on the road and bang on the very reasonable estimate! Great shop with greater people! Thanks so much for taking such good care of me and my vehicle!

I was shocked and pleasingly surprised when I took my car to ONE STOP to get a second opinion about the condition of the serpentine belt in my car. It was confirmed that the belt was showing signs of deterioration and cracking. I asked when they could schedule me in and I was asked what my schedule was. As it turned out, my schedule was open, and so were they. My car was taken in immediately and the work was finishing when I got back from having an ice cream across the road.
The cost was realistic and good.
I can’t say enough good things about this shop. It was my first time there but it won’t be my last.

Got my front end done which seemed to be fine. Took my car in to get an AC recharge and to find out why the fan was so loud. Said they did the recharge no problem and that it was going to cost me over $1000 to get the blower motor replaced as he needed to pull the whole dash off to access the part. Said they cleaned it up as best they could. Blower motor blew less than a week later. I ended up doing my own research and saved $900 as the part was easily accessible and was changed within an hour by another mechanic. When the old motor was removed there was a ton of debris that was stuck in the motor that he told me he cleaned up. Car seems to blow not very cold air either. So now out $220 for a recharge that didn’t seem to work. What a waste of time and money. Thought I was dealing with a reputable mechanic but now not so sure anymore. Planning on taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Amazing service, did everything they could to get me out of there fast even though it was a multi hour job. Excellent customer service and so far great work! I live in Vernon and will happily continue to drive to Armstrong for any kind of work!
