Working with OBR to renew my business licence was a breeze! Brianna made completing the process super easy and really comfortable. Sometimes it can feel overwhelming engaging with the government about a business...especially when it's your own and you've poured over a decade of your life's energy into it. When I realized that my licence had expired, I contacted the Registry office after trying to obtain a company key and they pointed me in the right direction to renew/re-register my license. The online process was straight forward and the live call follow up and emails from Brianna was a welcomed surprise. She really put my mind at ease.
