I had an accident with my laptop and not only had to have a new laptop but also set up my personal one while waiting on my new one. Forrest did a great job. Not only did he call when he said he would, he taught me some new "tricks" on the computer. He took his time and made sure I had everything I needed before ending our call. Thank you, Forrest!

The Onsite Team always does provide outstanding service, fast and effective solutions to resolve problems or update Software/Hardware and more. Joey did upgraded my computer Hardware and reinstalled Win10 and also set up my files and system. I turned on the machine and everything works great! Love the service on Onsite Computers. They are an amazing company that can truly help you from their office to your home. Now with covid, it is perfect because they can help you workout stepping one foot into your house. They are knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful. I would highly recommend their service. Absolutely!!!

My computer skills are minimal and whenever I am required to seek help I am hesitant since it is frequently humiliating. My experience with Onsite was a welcome change from past occasions. Getting my laptop purged of a virus was an efficient process. But the real change was having Forest assist me virtually in the installation of new programs. It was so smooth and effective that I have to say it was the best experience I have had regarding getting technical help - ever. I highly recommend these people in any computer capacity and especially if your skills are limited.
