Incorrectly diagnosed my computer restarting issue. Was told it was a mother board issue and because I had an older cpu I had to purchase a motherboard and new cpu. On top of that the diagnostic went from $50-$80 because it took longer than a couple days. After replacing those items computer still had a restarting issue. I took it to Canada computers and they had it for 7 days and the diagnostic process was still $50 no increase due to time. They told me it was the actual case causing the issue and installed a new case with no extra labour cost. I just paid for the case itself. Do yourself a favour and take your computer to a reputable company that knows what they are doing and won’t charge you extra costs.

I found Onsite Geek on Google maps. We have been unable to print documents from our phones or laptop for a few months now. Amol was very helpful and immediately arranged to make a home visit to deal with this printer issue. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He definitely knows his stuff. He wasn’t here very long but he fixed my problem and gave me a tip in case it occurs again. I highly recommend him for any technical issues you may have with your laptop, printer, etc. Thank you Amol!

My tv projector was not working but Amol fixed the issue in a fast and efficient manner. He was very quick to respond to my request and came to my house and had everything working in about 30 minutes. His pricing was also very fair. I highly recommend his service and would not hesitate to contact him with any tv or computer issue.

Amol provided outstanding service! Within 5 minutes of my call he came to my home and collected the broken part for my laptop. Shortly after he texted me with his quote. If I didn't agree with it, he promised to drive the part back within an hour. I moved forward and in less than 24 hours he delivered! I havent had superb service like this in a long time. I highly recommend him.

Highly recommend Onsite Geek, Amol! Any computer issues - no need to go anywhere else because like his website says, he comes to you! (your home)
When I had contacted him, I explained I had recently had a horrible experience with a local business in Acton which left me a bit "leery" of the reviews because of how this business owner coaches / incentavizes the clients for 5star reviews. Well, Amol was very understanding (didn't take it personally) and patient with me regarding the services I needed from him to fix multiple issues with my computer. Not only did he diagnose the additional problems, he fixed those in addition to the original problem I had initially called him for.
And... even after everything was done, he responded and answered my other additional questions after that! So let's just say, the five star reviews are legit as he's getting one from me! (no coaching or incentives here)
His website says he wants customers for life (C4L) - well he's got one with me! This is a local business we should support as he will look after us! Thanks Amol!
