I live about 10,000 kms away, but a friend needed some help with reformatting and data transfer. These guys were fantastic. I arranged everything by phone and my friend just had to drop the drive off and pick it up when done. Fast service, too. Overnight almost. They even did some coaching by phone to help get it working at home. I asked them to help with another problem my friend is having that the big name Geek outfit took money for without fixing it. Hopefully that goes as well as the data transfer. I'm a happy camper!

Wonderful service from this company. Came to my home 1 hour after I called and discovered the problem being the fan inside my computer and repair was done the same day. Also checked for any virus' as well as my ensured my back up system was working well. Then worked on my scanner problem and fixed it very easily.

These guys are amazing! Very affordable and prompt service (your experience may vary depending on their workload). Extremely professional and helpful. I needed some help to “clean up” my laptop and install some work-related software ASAP. I didn’t want them risking life and limb to drive in the snow to my location so they remotely controlled my laptop from their office. I’ll definitely use onsitegeeks.ca again for all my computer tech issues!
