The young lad that works in the store is phenomenal. He was so good and patient with me.I bought a Drag X2 on Tuesday and he showed me how to work it. I was still using an e pen but you can't get Tanks anymore so after researching on line I knew this was what I wanted. I brought my e liquid with me and he filled it for me but thinking I could see it on you tube I thought I could do it. On Friday back I go and ask him how to fill it again God bless him he had a big smile and said not a problem. He is a keeper

Weird interaction, before I even got to the counter already asked for my ID. Got up there gave my ID asked to state my name, repeat my date of birth and then asked my age. All while holding my Ontario license in a questioning way. As a 26yr old it felt like a power trip and never had that anywhere before. Rather go somewhere where there is no interrogation after handing Ontario ID. As a traveler I go to many spots where Ontario IDs are not common and never been a problem. Last place I expect to have someone acting like I'm suspicious.

The dude with the cool tattoos and glasses was a great employee. He will help you out with no matter what. I had a vape not working and he gave me an exchange with no problem like other places would. Super nice guy highly recommended.

My order was returned to sender for incomplete address, even though i put my full address in. When i emailed customer service for help, they were more helpful then ive ever experienced with customer service! They were super nice and quick to respond. Got it fixed right up for me. Never had issues before but its good to know if there is ever an issue they will always be there to help with whatever! 10/10! Great job!
