VERY PISSED OFF. THE FACT THE REPOSSESSED MY CAR IS ONE THING. BUT TO CLEAN MY CAR OUT AND STEAL MY BRAND NEW JUG OF ARMORALL CAR WASH CLEANER IS ANOTHER..IT WAS BRAND NEW AND NOT EVEN OPENED AND SITTING IN BACK OF THE TRUNK AND WAS NOT RETURNED WITH MY BELONGINGS. I COULD CARELESS ABOUT MY OLD CAR BECAUSE I GOT A NEW ONE AND THAT ONE THEY TOOK ALREADY HAD ENGINE REPLACED AND OTHER ISSUES. THEY DEF HAVE A THEIF WORKING THERE.

Pre covid, there very well run auction. Now that they've moved all the people that you deal with off-site, this business is failing in apart. It is extremely poorly run, especially seeing their selling half the amount of cars

Poor customer service, front desk people needs more skills of the way to talk to the customers and to explain the rules, it’s feels like they are not happy to see someone coming in from the door !!!!

Prices are way too high for repo vehicles basically have to work two weeks wages just for storage fees let alone what you have to pay to get the vehicle back no fair ness to the little guy
