Great tech shop on Main Street. Easy access with good parking. Very clean and well stocked. Owners Aaron and Mike on site providing personal service. My son’s iPhone screen had gotten broken and without an appointment they replaced it within an hour, had all parts in stock and the price was very reasonable. In speaking with the owners they have many services from electronic repairs to security and websites to fraud recovery, a great addition to the community.

I stopped in to get a quote on what it would cost to get the screen on my daughter’s phone fixed. Next thing you know the screen is replaced at a very reasonable price in only a couple of hours right before a weekend even! Got chatting with the owner and he even cleaned up the speakers on my phone so I can hear out of it again at no charge! Great customer service! Fast, friendly! I will definitely be back for any future phone issues I have! They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. You won’t be disappointed!

Good stuff. I had an issue where I was haunted by 43 audio devices appearing on my pc. Michael knew exactly what he was doing when he fixed it! cant recommend enough!

If I lived here this would be my go to repair shop! Great staff that will all bounce ideas off each other and it's actually quite impressive to watch! Repaired my laptop in 20 minutes and gave me tons of great advice. Highly recommend!

Not open until 11AM and sarcastic to deal with plus a bunch of nickle and dime garbage. No wonder people just go to Edmonton. Bad attitude and a rip off = failed business in a small town. Have fun guys!

I am unable to walk well, and when I took my computer in to be fixed, they met me at my vehicle and helped me in to the store with it. After they fixed my computer, they brought it to my home so I would not have to struggle with walking in the ice and snow again. They are excellent!!!

I'll tell you this so you don't suffer the same experience I did.
I shattered my phone screen and had it into Orion for a price of around $560 to $600
They called me a day later asking for another $600 as their system had not registered that I paid the first time. Small misunderstanding

When my phone was "ready" I retrieved it and noticed a massive difference in the quality of everything. Not only were my cameras suddenly horrible quality, my speakers were replaced for cheaper models that blow out at half volume on the phone. My flashlight lense was missing. And having just gotten my phone repaired a second time in the city they showed me just how many parts of my phone were scalped. The factory cameras were replaced, my camera microphone had gone completely missing. The speakers as stated, and even down to the glue they use on the back panel was unfit for phone usage. I'd suggest if you really need a repair in a short amount of time. Spend $400 less and go to the city mall to ANY of the phone repairs and they'll have your phone fixed in less than the 24 to 48 hours Orion took to "fix" mine

I'm open to discussing this issue with Orion to make this right but if they do not I will gladly leave this review up and on top of that, do everything in my power to let people know just how crooked these guys are
