I am very happy with the service and the results, they worked with me to replicate a broken part (pivot point for a shower door). The resulting part works great, going this route saved me money and stopped a perfectly good shower door assembly from ending up in a landfill!

The guys at Ottawa Valley Design and Repair provided excellent customer service. They took me in right away and were able to quickly analyze the issue and an estimate of the cost which is impeccable. They had called me a few days later with the outcome and had offer me a tutorial on how to use my 3D printer which was extremely helpful. I will definitely be coming back and recommend them to anyone in need of help with their electronics being repaired.
