Walked in a the staff were right there to greet me. Has a good selection for everything outdoors! Snowmobile stuff, jackets, helmets, etc. also sell freeze dried foods for packing light.

Went in there , no one said hi or "how can i help you" nothing , I was going to buy some accessories but i rather take my business elsewhere. I would not recommend going here. They are not a platinum dealer.

Long story short, ended up paying more and waiting longer than if I had requested standard shipping due to outdoor experts not delivering on their services as offered.

Ordered a part because it was in stock and requested/ paid extra (more than the part itself) to have it delivered to North Wright in order to reduce shipping times and reduce downtime. Other stores/ Canada post generally takes up to 2 weeks. After repeated calls to outdoor experts throughout the week to inquire about my order they still had not delivered it to North Wright which is down the street.

Finally got a call from northwright requesting payment for shipping a week and a half after placing my order. Called outdoor experts back to inquire as to the breakdown of their quote and aside from a $15 delivery to northwright fee ( which I had agreed to) they could not explain what the remaining fees were for as clearly they did not cover North Wright's fees.
To their credit they refunded the shipping and delivery fees but will not rely on this store or it's shipping services in the future.

Everyone one was very nice with lots of smiles and positive energy. Very helpful staff and well rounded. I am especially happy with how they got my old 96 Evinrude 70hp running good again. Now just the leg seal kit when it comes in. I Am appreciative they even looked at my older outboard motor thank you polar tech.

Tim was patient and gave me time to decide. Was also very informative. And courteous. The staff were friendly and inviting. The instruction of the sled was to the point and helpful.
They made shopping local, worth it because wasn’t rushed. The additional options with the sled are worth every penny.

I called for an end of season service on my Skidoo and was pleasantly surprised to hear that I wouldn’t have to wait a week to get it in. A day later I was in and the next day called to come and pick it up. Thanks for the great service Tony and Polar Tech!!
