I was in the market for a used truck and found myself at Pacific Motors looking over their inventory. Their vehicles were all in such fantastic shape it actually made choosing one a bit difficult, lol. Beyond the quality vehicles the staff, particularly Dave Lewis, were phenomenal to deal with. There was no pressure at all and they were very accommodating with requests for fitting in test drives that worked for my schedule. When I did settle on a truck I wanted to buy they negotiated fairly, including properly valuing my trade-in and stood by their word taking care a couple of small details that popped up after my purchase. I'll be honest, I don't write reviews often but my experience with Pacific Motors was first rate from start to finish and worthy of a minutes of my time to type a few words of praise. Hopefully if you're reading this you'll consider bringing them your business in thanks & recognition for the excellent service and vehicle I received.

Stellar experience at Pacific Motors. Purchased an F-250. Jase was friendly and helpful. Drove in from out of town with my wife and kids. It was just about closing time, but we were encouraged not to feel rush. Bought the truck. The only hiccup was the fuel pump began acting up shortly after (common issue on the newer 250's). I called Jase to let him know. He said "send me the bill and we got you covered." Got my mechanic to put in a new pump and Jase covered the invoice. Everything else is working great. Couldn't be happier.

Had a great experience with Brian King and his staff at Pacific Motors. I had a general idea of the type of car and van I was looking for, and Brian took the time to understand my requirements and tracked down the right vehicles for my family. Jase did an excellent job explaining all the paperwork.

I am very pleased with my experience so far with my interactions with Pacific Motors. The sales people were very friendly and showed us the vehicle we were interested in, and offered us an alternative to look at. They walked us through everything very carefully and efficiently.
The service personnel were very helpful and helped us out when had a service issue on the road, and talked me through how to correct it, right over the phone. So pleased.

I purchased a used vehicle for the first time at a dealership and had the most relaxed experience during a pandemic no less. Everyone who worked there was very helpful and setup everything with the vehicle so I could just pick it up and drive home as they believe their location to be out of the way for me lol. A quality family run business that I would have no hesitation in recommending to others or visiting again if I ever need another vehicle. They also followed up to insure I was still satisfied and that everything was working out for me. Top marks

I've bought a few vehicles both for work and personal use from pacific. I will never shop elsewhere, they are honest about car sales.

They stand by their product and price fairly. Pacific does not pressure or hassle customers.

There is a strong sense of family business at Pacific and they welcome you in as though you were visiting their home. The vehicles are good quality and price and they have earned my consumer loyalty.

I am only posting a brief comment/review/experience with my purchase of a vehicle at pacific motors. The staff is very nice and it's a very friendly family business as the many reviews indicate. I belief it's important to warn customers that this business is selling unsafe and clearly not inspecting the quality of internal and the mechanical parts at all. With many reviews that I have heard is a quick car wash to clean your new purchase will result more paint removal and loss than dirt loss. I am not intending to discredit this business whatsoever but a clear message and heads up to future customers to do very throughly inspect any purchase of a vehicle at this business.

Not sure how to reply to your reply of your statement to email you Jase. I have sent numerous emails and I have personally spoke to you as well. You are pushing through unsafe vehicles in order to speed up the profits you or your company desires.

This is out of your league for sure. If u wish to become the future owner/president of this company then my advice would be to ask your sister to help you now because you do need her and she is too smart and professional for her own good I think and very impressive and still is. My mother still likes her but is not at all happy or safe for the vehicle you sold us which was paid in a bank draft for the asking price and we're hopefully not too bothersome to your family or uncle when leaving a deposit on yhe debit machine in the lunch room.

Sorry Jase this is a very serious problem that I believe has to be known to the public and after I have never spoken negatively about Pacific motors just spoke about what happened to our vehicle and have heard only two other individuals who had purchased there with very poor experiences and vehicles that were unrelated to ours but nonetheless negative.

My husband was treated with care and respect while he was at Pacific Jess Brian and the rest were great!! We will recommend everyone to give our friends at Pacific Motors an opportunity to sell a vehicle too, and provide you with the same level of concern for our situation. Went over and so beyond our expectations. When you see all the employees enjoying where they work it shows in the simple process of purchasing a car or truck from them..I could go on I am going for a ride in our new truck. See ya there.
