Fair price, friendly service, and FAST!

I was stuck way out on an oilfield road in the middle of nowhere, and almost no companies would come get me out. But eventually I called Pakrat and man did they ever help me out. I told them that the only other company that could help me was charging a $1000 to get me out on a saturday night. But Dwayne helped me out for half the price even though he knew I was out of options. You can't beat that. His driver who got me out was very friendly despite it being 9pm on a Saturday. And I was shocked at how fast he got out there. Couldn't be happier with the service, and couldn't recommend these guys more. I'd give 6 stars if it were possible. If every business ran like this one, this world would be a better place. Thanks again Dwayne and Conrad!

Throwing away a bunch of old business cards today, and found one from Dwayne from 2008. I was on a 6-month road trip then in my '85 VW camper van, driving up the Icefields Parkway about 20 miles from the nearest anything, when my throttle cable broke. Coasted to a stop and went to investigate. The cable broke right at the throttle body. As I was standing there on the side of the road trying to figure out either how to rig something up, or deciding if I was going to have to call someone and looking at a very expensive tow bill, Dwayne pulls up behind me and offers to help. Within the hour, he had rigged up a "temporary" fix and had me rolling again. I think I gave him about $50 or so. I say "temporary" in quotes, because I'm still using a version of his fix today (2024). I just change the zip tie about every other oil change:) Thanks again Dwayne!

Ran out of gas just outside Barrhead, called Pakrat he came, got me going and when I went to pay him he shook my hand and told me to have a good night. Said he felt like doing something good today. Just Wow, he turned a really bad night good. Thank you again 😁

Quick, friendly, and experienced service, got my service truck and myself off the road safely and recommended a clean hotel in the Westlock/Barrhead area. They came highly recommended from the local Westlock tow companies that were unable to perform the tasks due to the weight of my truck. Will definitely save myself a few phone calls and use them again if ever broke down in the area.

I had my car towed in the middle of the night and so I had to wait two sleeps to get her out of the hooscow.. I thought it was in town so I took my scooter to kick it up. She I called the owner answee2s and he sent me a pin to where to pick it up and it showed up as two minutes away.
I asked a local and they told me that they actually 3 miles out of town... Did I mention that it was 3 miles out of town and I was riding my scooter that only had one bar of power left...

I called the owner back and he said that he would pick me up at the first Junction I landed at on the highway, that I met him at the junction. You need to have enough money to pick up your vehicle. I in deed fid not expect the price but the owner was awesome and offered me a deal.
