I contacted Paul recently as I had a security issue with my laptop ( I had given remote control to what I thought was HP support for my printer issue but it was not so I essentially had spy software installed on my computer) and was a bit panicky as, like most of us, my laptop is my work and my life! He answered my message very quickly, told me to turn off my laptop overnight, we set up an appt for the next morning and he knew exactly what to do, explained everything thoroughly, fixed my problem, and provided much needed psychological support and reassurance to me. His price was very reasonable as well. Simply put, Paul rocks, you don't need to go anywhere else, he will look after you!

I found Paul's Computers via a Google search and he returned my voice message promptly. We set up an appointment when he could access my computer remotely and trouble-shoot why my laptop was running so slowly. Paul was amazing. He was patient, he was thorough, and he explained everything he was doing in a way that I could easily understand. I was able to ask him many questions and he took the time to answer them and give me as much information as he could. I was so impressed and recommend him for any of your computer needs.

Great service. When we contacted Paul to help my wife and I in the transition to a new computer, he provided us with some thoughts and insights on the purchase of a new computer to address our needs. He then came over to set-up the new computer and transfer the data files and programs from our old computer. He did this in an efficient and timely fashion. Paul is knowledgeable, personable, easy to contact and deal with, and is quick to follow-up on any computer questions or issues that you might have. We would highly recommend Paul to address any of your computer needs.

Excellent Service. I contacted Paul to transfer data and files over to a new computer. He arrived at my house on time and got right to work. I have a lot of files on my computer and he ended up taking the computer back to his shop to complete the process. He was back later the same day, with all the files moved over. He explained to me the features of the new computer and answered all my questions.
I contacted him the next day with another issue, and he remotely added a program which quickly solved the issue.
A very knowledgeable technician, and I would easily recommend him.

My experience with Paul was nothing short of amazing. He was highly professional, knowledgeable, affordable, and totally down to earth. I had called him because my hard drive crashed and my computer was no longer responding. I thought for sure I needed a new computer. After explaining to Paul my issues, he seemed totally confident he could fix it! He even offered to come pick up the laptop from my house. I was running errands anyway, so I dropped the laptop off. The laptop was fixed THE SAME DAY (and I must say it runs WAY better than it did, even when I got it brand new!). I was shocked at how fast the service was from start to finish. Paul explained everything he was doing and calmed my stress immediately. He was affordable, professional, quick, and the quality is outstanding. I placed his sticker on my laptop because I will now only go to him for all of my computer needs! Thank you so much Paul!

I recently had occasion to employ Paul's services to recover some files from a non working desktop computer to a new external hard drive that I purchased. Paul was extremely efficient, communicative about the appointment time, and more than fairly priced. The large data transfer took more time than expected, so he left his equipment to do the transfer and went to do other things so as not to charge me an exorbitant amount of time. He was more than fair, and what took three hours to transfer he billed me for an hours worth of time. I will highly recommend Paul and his services to anybody. Thanks, Paul!
