Brought my laptop to get fixed and adamantly told them I needed files saved (and again when I called several days later to ask about progress). They proceeded to wipe my laptop without consulting me first, erasing everything. They told me all of my files were still there, but they weren't. When I called and talked to the tech, he said they wiped it. I would have taken it somewhere else for a second opinion first, but they didn't give me the opportunity. They also stole my laptop bag strap, and when I went back to get it, they said they couldn't find it and would mail me a replacement one or else a completely new bag. They never did. They did updates and changed several settings and personal preferences without consulting me first, and I haven't been able to download attachments to open from emails since. When I asked about that they got rude and insulting saying that their services are not to teach people how to download attachments, which isn't the issue. All I wanted was my files and a functioning laptop, now I have neither, not even a functioning bag to carry the now useless laptop they returned to me.
Moral of the story: if you value your hours of work and how you are treated, don't do any business with them whatsoever.
