Peter's service was EXCELLENT. My business laptop crashed on a Friday am which put me in virtual panic mode as I had deadlines to meet. I googled "laptop repairs near me". Before the end of day, Peter had me up and running on one of his spare laptops with my data. He helped me select a new laptop and handled the entire mitigation very professionally for a very reasonable fee. I strongly recommend Peter!

I am very happy with the 5 star service provided by Peter. Recently my computer crashed and I was afraid I had lost all of my business data. Peter normally provides IN HOME service; however under covid restrictions, he retrieved my data and remotely installed it on a new computer. Personally, I found him very helpful and enthusiastic about his work. His fees are reasonable and he is always available when extra help is needed.

Pete is amazing; he has helped me in so many different ways. The latest was to wipe off an annoying application I had downloaded. In the past he has recommended, purchased and set up a new laptop for me - and he delivered it to the hotel I was staying at during a conference! Pete does distance control of my desktop to determine the solutions for my problems. I wouldn't go any where else or deal with anyone else!!

As a small business owner I rely on my computer and technology for my business to run smoothly. When they don’t, it literally costs me money. The first time I used PC Service on Site was when Ontario was in the first COVID-19 lockdown. I had a new small business that I was struggling to keep afloat, and my ancient laptop broke down. I was scrambling to get together an ecommerce site, and I had no laptop. Purchasing a new laptop certainly wasn't in the budget. I phoned Pete from PC Service on Site in a genuine panic. Not only did Pete soothe my frazzled nerves and calm me down, he fixed my ancient laptop with an extremely affordable solution. Since then I have used PC Service on Site three or four more times for the hiccups that I've experienced with my technology in my small business. Every single time Pete has calmly and quickly resolved my issues with genuinely affordable solutions. I honestly could not recommend Pete and PC Service on Site more. He truly deserves six stars out of five.

My son accidentally wiped his laptop clean, drivers and all. Peter not only was available on a long weekend but had the laptop up and running same day. Saved my son a whole lot of grief and despair.
