I took my laptop here for repairs today for the first time. I have never had to have anything tech related repaired so I went on the recommendation of a friend. I was a little nervous about going in because I have zero tech knowledge and was concerned about looking foolish when questions were asked. Ryan W. greeted me and was so professional, knowledgeable, kind and patient as he explained what the issue was and even showed me proof on my laptop. He offered solutions at different price points and even gave my daughter advice about purchases she is required to make for her post-secondary education. I was pleasantly suprised when he said it would be ready today as I was expecting it to take a few days. I will 100% be returning to PC Werx in the future and I highly recommend it to anyone needing repairs or advice. Thank you Ryan for making it a very simple process.

I dropped off 3 laptops before the holidays. I received a phone call asking me what the password was on the hard drive it was a brand new laptop so there never was a password. So they were trying to put a used hardware. Now that I have it home I tried to use it and it has to be plugged in because there's no battery. I paid 218.00 to get it fixed and now I doesn't have a battery. .. makes no sense to me

I'm all Apple since 1984. My gmail/macmail programs weren't speaking to each other anymore and I was losing lots of mail. I'm afraid of the Apple store, as they've never been much help for IT issues. So I tried PCWerx, though I was a little nervous (wish it was called AppleWerx!). Anyway, LOGAN did a fast and simple job of getting everything on board again. Took about an hour and the problem was solved (after 3 months of hell). Even though Logan IS a PC guy, he seemed to follow the logic in the world of Apple very well. Thanks a ton to PC Werx! Mike

Just wanted to add to this review. Again they came to my rescue…wish there were more than 5stars! I’ve used them twice now. First time they replaced my laptop screen for me within a day. This week Ryan worked with me remotely to help me with hubby’s laptop issues. Excellent at what they do and honest too. So good to know I have someone close by who know what they are doing. I wouldnt even consider going to anyone else..

There was multiple issues with my laptop and I was able to fix each thing as I could afford it. They are currently upgrading my hard drive of a laptop I've had for almost 7 years, saving me from having to purchase a new one, which we all know is ridiculously expensive right now. They are quick with the work and give you a few options for replacement parts/steps to take with repairs when necessary.

Another fantastic expereince with PC Werx Techicians. Logan & Ryan were so helpful. I have been going to PC Werx for a few years now when in need of computer repairs & issues. The IT Technicians/Staff have been so great, very helpful, knowledgeable, professional, personable quick repairs, great prices and always so helpful & pleasant. They go over and above. I would never go anywhere else for my IT/Computer issues. Highly recommend.
