I brought my Playstation 5 in to deal with a power issue and they thought it was my SSD card in my extra storage port. They told me they did a full clean and inspection of the motherboard and I got it back after 4 days or so and it worked for the day and the no power up system happened again that night. I was disappointed but happy I didn't have to pay again because of the 30 day warranty. I appreciate that but only thing that might seem like a negative is the long wait to get it fixed. I had it returned last Wednesday and on Sunday the shop is closed so I have to wait until next week to get it back and hope the odd power issue is finally figured out but things like this properly needs time to find so I understand. Either way I love the guaranteed work and the warranty.

**Have to update this review because I have been extremely patient in waiting for any news and I had to call every second day and only get to speak with the nice desk lady but no professionals. I have waited 2 weeks on top of the original 4 days. I sent multiple videos on the unique problem. I was told they looked at the special problem videos but as I can't talk to anyone who is working on my console I don't know if they have.

I have the blue flash power off deal not the (BLOD) That has white lights flash on and off. It's one of the little gray conductors under the big chip. You got to test all six gray components and switch it out. I'm not experienced enough to do the job but it should not take TWO weeks to fix with no real communication from an expert who can explain what is taking so long!

Especially when I sent in the videos that show them what to do somewhat quickly. Few days but two weeks and four days is not acceptable in my opinion.

Talked to Ali Bark the owner and he is a man of his word no fix no oay is not bullshit they stand by the promice.

PCMaster saved my work life this weekend and fixed my laptop super fast. The service was excellent, and the lady was very nice.

My old battery was so swollen that my laptop would overheat really fast, I couldn't use my track pad at all because it was popping out of the laptop case, and the battery would die within a half hour. The new one installed is working amazingly, I can actually use my track pad again, and don't have to worry about being on a charger 24/7.

You guys came in clutch with an emergency last minute repair and you have my appreciation. I work in telecomm management and any clients I get that need computer repair I'll send your way.

I was very pleased with their service, the technician (Sam) was very knowledgeable and he informed me upfront of what needs to be changed and the estimated cost and the time needed. They will take care of you; you won't be disappointed.

My young son chose this repair shop because they advertise that the diagnistic is free, but it wasn't explained to him that it was only free if a repair work was ordered. It cost him $120 for a partial diagnostic, and when he asked for clarification on the issue, he got no reply. The shop should be clear up front about costs and services, especially with an inexperienced customer.

Thanks to Ali for fixing my phone in under 30mins. He not only fixed the cracked screen but the bend frame that it had. Dropped it off and picks up before my lunch is over. Also if you work in the Kensington area it’s perfect for you. There is a bus stop right next to their store and parking for those that drive!!!
