Took my laptop here to get the screen replaced, although pricey (which is what I would’ve expected anywhere else). Mohammed took it in right away, we discussed my options & he had it repaired fairly quickly. It took 9 days & most of that wait time was just waiting for the part to be shipped in. He was very kind & knowledgeable, would definitely recommend PC Master Pro for your repair needs!

These people where really nice people don't get me wrong its just poor craftsmanship that has me here ...After 5 months of getting my iPad screen repaired the glue started lifting and the glue is seeping into my screen blocking out a good portion of the screen they also put the back plate on upside down and because of that my reverse camera is pitch black doesn't work from day 1

I ordered a replacement battery for a MacBook Pro on April 13 and was told that a part would arrive within a standard business week.

After 2 weeks had past I left a voicemail asking for an update with no response.

I called again on May 9, May 19, and May 22 (call records on hand) to ask for an update and only actually spoke to someone once saying they would call me back. No call back ever happened.

Finally, on June 4 having been fed up waiting for a product and service that I had now payed for I called to demand a refund. Miraculously when I asked for a refund my part had arrived. At this point I was fed up, I had not received a part or a service and insisted on a refund. They did not provide me with a refund or an offer of a discount for not providing me with the part or customer service after waiting for over a month.

A complaint has been filed the Alberta Consumer Protection Centre.

Extremely polite, fast service and fair pricing, I highlyrecommendthem and go there again. They helped me in a pinch I was working near their shop my phone wouldn't hold a charge. I brought it there the diagnostic the problem, fixed and had it back to me in a hour.

Professionals! I had an issue with my laptop keyboard (5yo ripped out all the vowels lol) and they tried to get it fixed without having to order another keyboard but my son lost some of the pieces 🙁 that were needed to do it so had to order another. After arrival, it was done and is working perfectly now. Mohammed was very courteous and honest about the whole process. Most friendly service I've received in a long time. I definitely recommend. Amazing job!

Stopped in to see if we could fix my friends lg phone, and the owner/worker at the front was so very kind, he fixed it so fast, and didn't charge me.. plus gave some good advice on other phones.. would 💯 recommend !!
