Walked into this gym 4 years ago when I started my boxing journey and have always loved it here.
The owners- coach Jay, and his son Andrew, have welcomed me in with open arms since the very beginning and continue to go out of there way to help me achieve my boxing goals!
They are very intelligent individuals that understand boxing inside and out!
I truly believe that PBC is the best gym in the Ottawa valley - best coaches, best value, and best environment overall.

This place is wonderful. The coach's and all staff are great. They instill discipline on the kids, but they still respect the fact that they are kids and they walk that line very well. More importantly, they have created a culture here that you want to be a part of.

For example, I watched a Mom bring her two younger boys to the club for a drop in boxing class (their first). They were shy and a bit scared. Not only did the coaches warmly invite the kids in and try to get them to join in, but almost every kid came over and encouraged them to join in the fun. These kids are between 6-12 remember.

I strongly recommend Pembroke Boxing Club.

Tried boxing yesterday for the first time in over 15years! The owners were so kind, they showed me around the place and ready to answer any questions I had! Great session with great knowledge and I am definitely feeling it this morning! Lol Awesome place and I highly recommend!

My mom and I have been going to the Pembroke Boxing Club for a few years now and it is the most encouraging, and welcoming environment. Also, the coaches are the most selfless people I’ve ever met and go out of their way to ensure that everyone who walks through the doors goes home feeling better after class. The head coach and owner Jason is a huge advocate for improving mental health which is the reason he opened the boxing club in the first place. Jason and Andrew have made the boxing club such a great, positive, and inclusive place to be and is my second home.

Pembroke boxing Club is the most professionally run club I’ve ever been involved with. Jason and all the coaches are extremely knowledgeable and are there to help not only to learn the art of boxing, but to help improve fitness, and to gain confidence in yourself. I have been involved with the club for the past 5 years and I have met some of the most amazing ladies in the ladies class. My daughter had gained the confidence to compete in the ring to win two provincial titles, something that wouldn’t have happened if it wasn’t for the coaches at the club.

I have been going to boxing classes for over a year now and I am so enjoying it!! The welcoming and relaxed atmosphere and the great workouts are amazing. My self esteem is way up- I feel great and knowing that they are always there for me and all the other ladies in my class- Jason, Carla, Andrew, Kaelan-Lisa keep up the great work you guys do!!
