It has all of the equipment needed for a great workout. Staff clean all the equipment every day. Music is upbeat. Some equipment pads and cushions need replacement. Very good gym for the price and no registration fee. I enjoyed my time there.

I just have to share my experience at this gym! The amount of free weights is fantastic, giving me plenty of options for my workouts. The vibes are amazing—it's such a motivating atmosphere that makes you want to push yourself. I love that they offer 24-hour service, so I can fit my workouts in whenever it suits me. The managers are great too; they're always around to help and keep things running smoothly. Plus, the rock music they play really gets me pumped up during my sessions. Overall, it's a great place to train!

Judgemental. I wore a pair of spandex leggings that looked denim but had no rivets. Cashier immediately started playing gym fail videos instead of workout motivation music. If that wasn't bad enough i had gym goers staring at me. The lack of help and amount of gawking is a 1/10 for experience. Every time i used the gym, 8pm-3am, i had a bad experience with the people inside. Just go to anytime fitness unless you're specifically training for bouldering or something specific. Pac is good for training an individual skill.

This is an old school gym with cross fit and heavy weight lifting equipment. Definitely an awesome place for true fitness athletes! I was able to drop in during their staffed hours. It wasn't busy at all and was very clean and tidy. The only thing was that I only saw one weight lifting platform and I didn't see a trap bar for dead lifts. I would have liked to use the platform, but someone else was on there the whole time.

This is bar none the best gym I have ever been to. They have all the equipment you need to either lose weight, tone up, bulk up or start competitively body building.

This place is a vibe! The way i describe it to my friends is "its like a badass gym from the movies except without all the mean angry juice junkie muscle heads around"

I would put this gym up against any other gym any day of the week. They have GREAT prices as well. If you sign up for a contract, the prices fall a little more too.

Check it out before you go anywhere else! YOU WON'T REGRET IT.

My daughters dance in a studio on the second floor and they thoroughly enjoy it. The building has plenty of parking, easy to negotiate and contains lots of interesting community programming. Well worth the stop to check out.
