Super helpful, friendly staff. Books, movies, TV series, puzzles, activities, internet, group spaces, beautiful outdoor area by the canal in summer. It's a shame that the voice level in the library is very high which makes reading/concentrating/working quite difficult!

Lots of books and a great play area for children upstairs. My kids had a blast. I was very pleased to see lots of diverse books on display too.

Unfortunately I could not concentrate on my tasks as the volume of the person answering the phone (very frequent) could be heard clearly throughout the site. This same person asked the callers to repeat information frequently to verify what she was hearing, so perhaps the phone connection was faulty?

The librarian Julia said she wished she was anaymous in my face. They really don't like their jobs realizing their not adding value. Its sad but education isn't worth anything anymore, all they have are baby books & movies. Technology is the new education, don't be cheap, your just cheating yourself. Eventually governments will close all librarys, along with public schools, we just don't have the money to waste. Nothing free in life. If you just want to hangout, go to the park!

not sure how 2 late books can cost $25 but they can... I will go back to driving to sharbot lake and using the kingston system

All members of the staff are super helpful, the library itself is beautiful, and that all important 'community feel' is very much appreciated!
