I went to do car wash at 11:20 pm and The cashier named mr. Nick tucker said that it is closed and he said that he can’t open it as i have season pass, i wanted to use it for same day. He told me that he did not want to open it because it is going to hassle for him to do work between working hours of pump.

And he said car wash is not property of petro canada. Also i asked him to give me printed ticket to use it other day and he refused to do it. How shameful people are running business when they don’t want to serve customer and their needs properly. Photos taken at 11:25 and shows that pump and car wash closed before 12.

Hopefully the bosses of this establishment reads this. Can you tell the employee with the terrible combover who was working today at 1 that he is ruining your business? Every time my husband goes in, he tells him “you shouldn’t buy pop it’s bad for you, you shouldn’t buy smokes, you shouldn’t buy that, you shouldn’t buy… you shouldn’t buy…” like every single time. WELL today I guess this gem of an employee felt the need to tell him “oh wow you have gotten a lot bigger since the last time I saw you” now commenting on his weight How is this okay? And this is the guy working at your store. This needs to be addressed. What he doesn’t know is my husband who is constantly bashed Everytime he goes in, has a fleet of vehicles who use this location for gas. Well, this employee managed to upset my husband so much that he just put in for a change of gas venues, and his fleet will be filling up across the street at Esso daily now.

So bad, car got stuck in the car wash, and when having a conversation with a worker, he was being very rude and unapologetic. Do not come to a place like this!

I’ve had two bad experiences here with the same employee. The first is that when I went to prepay for gas the rate I was being charged was higher than the one posted. He said he does not control the prices and that head office does. I went back to the pump and the price matched what was shown on the sign but I was asked at the till to pay 10 cents more per litre. The second visit was at 10:54pm last night. I went to prepay for gas and he asked me which pump. But later said sorry we are closed early for Canada Day at 11pm - it was 10:54pm. He had let someone pre-pay right before me and decided to close up shop early saying he’s only paid until 11pm and has to close everything. There were 2 other customers wanting to fill up and he denied us all. Do yourself a favour and go to the Esso across the street.

Dishonest and fraudulent. Refused to provide the service paid for. Car wash did not work and we were stuck, nobody helped, we had to eventually drive through and got no wash. The attendant refused to give me another car wash saying it was my fault. He also refused to let me speak to the manager who was not here but I insisted as a manager must be able to answer when there is an issue. Eventually he gave me the number and the manager also refused to give me another car wash.
These people should not be in business, they are nothing more than crooks.

Scam don't go there for car wash

car wash machine can't clean car properly and Jatin refused to give another car wash even though my windshiled , front grill and bonnet was not properly clean and still had the dirt on it. he was like i cant remove with my hand how can machine remove it. thats one of the worst excuse i have ever heard

Jatin was so rude that he told me go and compalin to higher autiority and they wont do anything to me

Unless you wanted to get scammed by these thieves, don’t come here. I entered the car wash and the machine malfunctioned. I called the gas station attendant and they told me to back out of the car wash and come see him inside the gas station. When I go see him, he tells me how to fix the issue but says I cannot re-enter the car wash even though I ALREADY PAID (he also offered NO REFUND). Why did he tell me to back out of the car wash when he could have given the instructions over the phone? I only exited because he told me to so he scammed me with full intent … I am in complete and utter shock at the horrendous and unethical service here.
