The staff at Pharmasave have gone above and beyond to attend to our medical needs. My hubby has a complex situation and staff are ALWAYS on top of his ever changing medications and ensuring he’s receiving the best care possible.

My daughter has multiple medical conditions and is required to take certain medication to supplement hormones that her body does not produce and will have to do so for the rest of her life. She is 3 years old now. And throughout her little life I have never had a bad experience with a pharamcy, until now. The pharmacist decided that it would be a good idea to increase her diabetes insipidus medication. Without notifying me or her specialist. ( if you google diabetes insipidus it is a very serious condition that when messed with can cause some terrible damage. Given too much of this medication can cause severe vomiting and diarrhea. Which then leads to a hypoglycemic coma and lastly death). Now the pharmacists increased her medication for 3 months now and my daughter has been getting progressively sick. To the point she has been hospitalized a few time for low sodium levels. Today me and my daughter's specialist found out what this pharmacists has been doing to the dosages for my baby. Amd when i called to ask if her new prescription was ready the staff was quick to over talk me and blame me for the changes I never requested in the first place. I am happy we found out when we did or I could have lost my baby due to someone who thinks they can make changes to medications without notifying anyone of this careless act of medical malpractice. Needless to say I will not be recommending this place to ANYONE. And I am changing pharamcys immediately.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had some drugs I needed that I couldn't make it to the store to get and even though it was past the delivery time the owner made time in his day to bring them to me. Now that is amazing service! Thanks everybody for the amazing jobs you do.

I love this pharmacy. Rob and his staff are so efficient and friendly. They do the best they can to help you, and if they can't, they'll find someone who can. Rob has been nothing but friendly and compassionate to myself and my girl, as well as his technicians. One of the girls who work the cash register offered to place a special order for "Emergen-C," as it is not sold in Canada, and she had a contact in the states for it. Sure enough, she did! She didn't have to do this for me, but because she cared, she went above and beyond her duties and responsibilities. I will always recommend this pharmacy to anyone I know. They're just amazing at what they do!! I will absolutely be a lifetime customer here.

Very friendly and eager to help. When I was trying to find a product that suited me, the pharmacist saw me and came over to ask if I needed help. She was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Friendly and helpful pharmacy staff. I would recommend over any of the other drug stores in cardston.
