Just stopping for dinner on our way out of town and the food was great the staff also great. Our server visited the table enough times that i wasnt going thirsty. Not to many times like some servers. Too much is not good but she did great. And the wait was really reasonable as well.

It was our first time there at piccolo’s pizza and we'll definitely make it one of our favorite places to go. Everyone is so nice and helpful, but those pizza's AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS! Like the chezzy pizza bread and The baked lasagna was highly recommended i will also add the pork dry ribs it was so tender and crisy The meat lovers was just as delicious…we also met the owners they are so very benevolent and nice Thank you for the great service.🥰

Been ordering pizza from here for a year and a half since we moved to Alberta. Pizza was great and I normally get the Meat Lovers but after a long day I decided to try something new and was excited to try the Margarita Pizza since it looked so delicious on the website. What we received was nothing like what was expected. The website shows a delicious looking pizza with halved cherry tomatoes and SPRINKLED with basil. What I received was large sliced tomatoes and absolutely covered with basil. I have never in my life seen a pizza look so disappointing. When I called about not receiving what I ordered, the lady made excuses saying she’s made it the same way since they opened. Okay? Then why hasn’t the website been updated? How long have you been “open” and have never had time to update your picture? If the pictures were properly updated, I would have never ordered a margarita pizza. I asked if I could exchange the pizza for my usual order. She said they don’t do that. Her suggestion, give her MORE money and just buy another pizza. Will NOT be ordering any food from here again. If my family wants Piccolos Pizza again that badly, we will support the Bentley location instead.

Also don’t reply with your copy and paste response asking to call to resolve this issue. It’s disingenuous customer service and I’ve already tried to call and sort it out and she just asked me to give her more money.

I gave 5 star for pizza and 3 star for service.
I am a person who will not return when somewhere in the line was made felt as inconvenience and that is what happened on the Saturday night; i am sure the phone was ringing for many orders and that kept the team busy, however when i called I was new to the ordering pizza world, i was responded to in a rush and with irritation; i had questions about toppings and how it worked and was answered with irritable questions back and abruptly. Since my friends surprised me in my birthday I decided to order to treat them and all the kids i went ahead and continued. My initial order eventually was 2 for 1 pizza take out. When i came to pick up my friends decided that we may like to stay in and eat and i wanted to order one more pizza- i was told that i would no longer get the 2 for 1 discount chosing to dine in- we chose to just take the deal and go eat else where. I did order another pizza, unfortunately no where the girl who was taking the order mentioned or offered another 2for1 pizza again. My problem with this is that this was the second poorly served choice for a customer: the response/ intentions and the service it self. I am not sure if kindness not included in the atmosphere and nor should I be expecting it, but we all have heavy jobs and would be a better place to be treated the way you wish to be treated. I still added a tip knowing the other team maybe paying for this type of team players. I gave a 3 star overall because the girl eventually lightened up after me apologizing for being indecisive and unaware of the pizza world (I didn’t need to do that) and later when I picked up the third pizza she had offered lollipops for all the kids with a better body language. The conclusion is: if you choose to work in service please think about your attitude; if you had a bad day please reflect how you can grow or respond after realizing you were in fact internally rude (shoulders go down and goes along way for all of us) I chose not to worry about it anymore- but wanted to share this for your own reflection. I had reflected for my own experience in this, and take few points away for future ordering to make other phone calls a little more peaceful. Pizza was really good, but i won't be coming back there for awhile and when in need try else where.✌️

Not a relaxing atmosphere. Arcade now in dining area unfortunately. I think the food portions have decrease as well. Too bad, was a favorite place before. New ownership.

We had a craving for some good pasta and pizza, and someone recommended Piccolos Pizza & Pasta. We’re so glad we decided to try it because everything was delicious! The breadsticks with sauce were amazing, as was the rest of the food. I highly recommend this place if you’re in the mood for pizza or pasta. It's also very kid-friendly—my 3-year-old daughter loved it here!

I had the Clubhouse sandwich and my wife had the lasagna.

Went there at the end of June, we were sitting on the patio, which was nice and the food was pretty good. Went there today and all of the sudden they don’t allow dogs anymore?! Definitely lost out on 5. won’t be going or ordering take out anymore.
