Just wants your $. Sent my personal information to another client, and had me sign papers without telling me about surprise fees. Now I’m getting $2000 bills in the mail. Don’t walk away from this office RUN.

I am in the process of buying a property and was referred Roxanne as a great lawyer to use. About a month ago I attempted my first call and inquiring about her handling the paperwork and such for my property and the nice receptionist took a message and said that she would be in touch with me ASAP. A week and a half later I have still heard nothing so I called back to follow up, the receptionist again took my information and said Roxanne would be in touch with me in the next day or two. I waited another week and still did not get contacted by Roxanne so I again called back and stated that this was now a timely manner and really needed Roxanne to get in touch with me as soon as possible to let me know if she is or is not willing to take me on as a client. Well...the receptionist said that Roxanne would email or call me right away after I provided her with my information AGAIN. She did not call or contact me back at all and it has been another almost 2 weeks am now having to look for a different lawyer on only two weeks before my closing date so I'm sure you could understand my frustrations. A simple message or call saying that she did not have time to take on my work would have been great instead of leaving me hanging for weeks on end. I don't usually leave negative ratings but this has totally rubbed me the wrong way . And the only reason I'm leaving a two-star is that the ladies who answered my phone calls were very nice and polite. Other then that I am very frustrated with the situation and would not recommend contacting this firm from my personal experience.

I too, like Kayla Macdonald, have not heard back from this law firm in my several inquiries about a real estate transaction I wanted them to handle.
Very poor service.

Update....July 20. I did get a reply from this law firm and my business request was personally handled by Ms. Pike via phone calls and emails.
