After we had our basement flooded, we were recommended to Pillar Restoration. The team that was assigned to us has been phenomenal. They demonstrated professionalism, highly knowledgeable, and went above and beyond making sure our basement was restored.
Thank you so much to Hani, Kevin, Chris, Chad, and the rest who were involved getting my basement back together.
They took the time that was needed to get the floors together, repair the dry wall, trims, doors, and touch up with paint.

Pillar restoration contractors were professional yet friendly . They did an outstanding job in our basement in very little time . Kevin was on top of things . The owner Hany was very personable and came himself after the floor was removed to check the work and spray the drywall to avoid mold . I highly recommend them .

The team at Pillar knows what customer service is! After my covered deck roof collapsed due to a heavy snowfall, Matthew and his team were out immediately to check the damage and support the roof until they could come back to repair it. They are efficient, courteous, and pay extreme attention to detail, something that seems to be lacking with most companies these days. The entire team at Pillar made me feel comfortable with asking any questions and was prompt to respond to email, phone or text. What a gem of an organization!

I can’t say enough about the service we received from Hany, Matt, and Sean. What a team !! We were in crisis with water coming into the basement and they came in like super heroes. Highly experienced, extremely professional, incredibly customer focused. HIGHLY recommend !

Pillar Restoration did a great job. I can’t say enough about Kevin the project manager. He went over the top making sure I was “happy”. They did a great job looking after my basement when I had a flood.
A great team! kind, loyal, considerate guys and good work ethics. Chad and Mark stood out.
There was a few things that they needed extra attention and they kept coming back until I was fully satisfied.
They cleaned up after themselves, and even did extra things I didn’t even ask them to.
Nothing is ever perfect but I have to say my basement now is 99.9%. ?
I am very pleased. Trust me, you will be too.
