Honestly, so sick and tired of having to wait almost 30 minutes every single time to get food! They desperately need to add another person to the shift. You guys are obviously trying to cut corners by Having only one employee working at a time as far as I’m concerned, its illegal here in Canada because employees are entitled to breaks … I have bit my tongue for months and months and I’m finally saying something. I am tired of waiting so long for food and it is not fair to the employee. There’s a reason why they’re not overly friendly. I wouldn’t be either if I had to work my tail off all day and not get a break. I don’t even want to give the employees any grief because I can’t imagine working at an establishment like this all by myself but then again I would not work at a place like this by myself. You guys charge an astronomical amount of money for a wrap with hardly any meat on it and the amount of time customers have to wait Is less than acceptable! We witnessed 6 customers leave today because they didn't want to wait . So if only having one employee per shift is a way to try to save money you guys are also losing money because you’re losing customers…Pita pit doesn't respect their customers Time because if they did, there would be more than one person working

Food was ok. Veggies were fresh. Protein was miniscule for the price but that is unfortunately common now with the ridiculously high cost of living. But the service was so unfriendly it bordered on hostile. There was only one staff member and he seemed angry we walked in the door (requiring him to come out from the back and only we waited several minutes for someone to appear) and never said a word to us the entire time he served us. He promptly retreated to the back roim and we never saw him again the entire time were eating in the restaurant. While we werent expecting a 5 star dining experience, we wouldnt return given how uncomfortable this staff member made us feel.

Came in and waited 10 minutes for someone to come out front. Decided to go wash my hands, came back out.. still no one. Luckily another woman came in so someone finally came out. Didn’t listen to a word I said clearly because he asked me questions I already included in my order. Tasted great after I picked out the soggy spinach and hard parts of the banana peppers. Worst Pita Pit I’ve ever been to.

I think I interpreted a movie the staff was watching….and he was pretty pissy about it.
Another couple walked in as he was assembling my wrap, and he was pretty pissy about that as well. So if you feel like running someone’s shift by asking for the service they offer, head on over and enjoy the show.

Friday afternoon , only one worker there, who just wants to leave , service was super slow and big line of people, took 45 mins to get a pita, I don’t know why I even stayed to get it.

The staff was nice, but the pita was about half the size of what I usually get at PitaPits. I thought she mistakenly made a small instead of regular at first!

The place was busy and the one person working was doing great but the second guy who came in to start his shift or just back from lunch confused us. We asked for a kids meal he never gave us the cookie that went with it we had to ask once we all had our pitas. He also never gave us the drink that goes with the meal. I asked what drink do they get with the kids meal and he said only cans are free which was all pop products. He didn't even give us a choice of getting water. Other pita pits have given my kids jucie boxes. Very disappointed I will not be getting a kids meal from this pita pit again.

This place is just a pit. They staff act like you do them a favour and have no training from wherever the originate from. I would not recommend this place. They have a flavours of Trinidad wrap that just there as a name. Anyone who has been to Trinidad will know that it’s just a marketing sham they have and sell you a substandard wrap. To the owner … don’t reply to me saying to contact you and your are sorry and contact you via email or give your restaurant another chance. Save it !!! I will never ever come back there

response to owners response : I dont have the time to email pita pit and you need to do your homework when hiring staff and misrepresenting flavours of another country. not my job definitely..PITA PIT is horrible at this location!!!!!
