Conveniently located just minutes from the center of Marystown, this is the perfect place to stop if you're traveling on the Burin Peninsula. I had the most wonderful experience staying here while completing a clinical rotation for six weeks. I can definitely say that Kathy goes above and beyond to make her guests feel at home. She is a natural host! Rooms and guest quarters are beautiful and cozy, and you will feel at home right away. The property is spectacular and is a wonderful place to just relax. I truly cannot say enough good things about this place!!

We spent a night at the Listening Hill B&B during our recent trip to NL. This is a very modern, well maintained and comfortable home with top notch bedrooms for guests. The home is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood in the outer Marystown suburbs, but only a short drive from restaurants, etc. in Marystown. ||We had the pleasure to meet and visit with John and Bernice, two very active people who fit the mould of Newfoundlanders being the nicest people you could ever hope to encounter anywhere.

Stayed one night at this b&b. Were warmly greeted by the hosts who had some suggestions for places to go in town. Room was nicely decorated and bed was very comfortable. Had a nice conversation around the breakfast table in the morning. Would definitely recommend it.

The B&B itself was extremely nice with luxurious amenities (private bathroom attached, big tv, comfortable bed etc). What made the place better was the extremely friendly staff/owners. It was a treat to stay there. Only complaint was that it was expensive and outside of Marystown (5 mins outside so that's not really an issue)

Excellent B & B experience! Hosts were very friendly, treated us like family. Our stay was in the basement apartment--very roomy, clean and cosy! Great outward appearance of the property to match the interior.

Hi friendsh back in 2013 I had the pleasure off staying with Mr and Misses Baker at there beautiful B&B in Marystown. I was attending college there doing heavy equipment. I was renting an apartment they had available and the hospitality was unbelievable. I can honestly say they are the two most kindest sweetest generous people I even had the pleasure of meeting. I like to personally thank John for helping me when times were hard with my school work. I though I send this your way because you will always be remembered by me. Xo Edward

The hosts were wonderful. they were very welcoming and gave great advise on where to eat. the house was new, clean and very well cared for. The breakfast was tasty and complete with homemade jams. This is a place I would recommend to others and be happy to stay at again.
