I'm a big tea fan and Pluck is my absolute favorite brand for black and herbal teas alike. I'm amazed! Their early grey is one of my favorite teas ever.
I especially want to call out their customer service because the way into my heart as a customer is the way a company reacts when things go wrong. And Pluck tried to help me find my package, found a better way of tracking it but then they even stayed on my case and came back without me following up again and send a replacement without me having to ask for it. Awesome tea, awesome company. Thank you

Pluck tea is plucking great!!! Such a consistent gem. The teas i’ve tried have all been spectacular, and high quality. My current favourites are Ginger Root, Caramel London Fog, and Pumpkin Spice. Excited to try new blends! The customer service is fantastic and responsive. Every time i’ve reached out for suggestions or help, Teri has been great. Legit Obsessed.

I almost always directly order from their website and this tea is just incredible. The picture of my tea cabinet doesn’t even show how many jars and packs are packed in there.

I’ve been drinking high-quality teas for years and ever since I discovered Pluck, there’s been no going back.

The first one that hooked me to the brand about 10 years ago was their, Apple on the green. Then it was their lavender green a few years back (which I truly wish they would bring back). And of late I finally started liking black teas ever since trying their English breakfast and especially the Earl Grey cream. Absolute stunners.

And their customer service is top notch when ordering. Although I did mangle two of my pouches, having no clue how to open them. Since then I see they have provided directions - for people like me haha.

Great brand great product great service. You won’t be disappointed

I first heard of Pluck Tea when I received a surprise teagram from a friend, and I was so impressed with the quality that I quickly became a customer. They have such a wonderful selection of black teas and chai, exactly what I’ve been looking for. The tea is so tasty, the packaging is darling, the no emissions shipping option was so fast and easy, and the customer service is excellent. I’d way rather shop with this wonderful small business than the big chain stores or global brands.

I have a tea subscription with Pluck Tea, and have kept it going for a number of years. What do I like about it? I always get a reminder before it ships, in case I need to adjust it; it's easy to adjust if needed; the teas are amazing. I'm not at all sure my spouse and I would make it through the winter without the Rooibos Earl Grey Cream that we have in the evening. Packaging is well-designed, minimal and the jars allow for easy refilling. Current fave morning drink is hot chocolate with a Butter Tart tea steeped in it. Yum

After dining at a spectacular restaurant I noticed Pluck teas on their menu. Having never heard of this Canadian company and the availability at the venue, I was intrigued. Given it was in the evening I did not order any at the time. However, in my post meal euphoria I ordered a couple of different Pluck teas from their website to try at home. These teas have almost no flavour.

The orange pekoe bold tastes like hot water with vanilla extract. I don’t see vanilla in the ingredient list, only organic black tea, with no indication of the variety.

The classic earl grey has a somewhat off putting synthetic odor which some could mistake for natural bergamot. Looking at the ingredients I don’t see bergamot, but instead black tea, cornflower petals and natural flavours. Admittedly the bergamot could be in the natural flavours catch all. And of course there is no indication of the variety of black tea, that is Assam, Darjeeling, etc. Once again, other than the synthetic odor, the earl grey tea was flavourless.

As a Canadian I would have loved to support this company, instead I find myself throwing away dozens of useless tea bags.
