It is nice to be able to obtain results right away as it usually takes sometime to hear from my GP. The process isn't user friendly and requires patience, but for me, it is worth it, as I waited almost 5 months to have the test. There are pop-ups that come across the computer screen while trying to access the results that say you can pay to get a better explanation of the results -these are annoying and I doubt if many could afford or even want to take advantage of this. I do really appreciate this whole process of keeping people more informed though. Thank you!

My wife subscribes to pocket Heath.
She got a notification this morning that her results from her Mammogram are available. She logged on
. Her results showed that she had breast cancer !!! She had never been informed about this before by any doctor. She noticed that it said something about her biopsy. She had never done a biopsy. Thank you pocket Health for uploading information of another patient under my name !!! I can never ever let you know what I went through before receiving my correct diagnosis .

A horrible money grab. You cannot even use basic features with a paid subscription. It will just keep pushing you to “upgrade” to their highest level with more content conveniently (not for you) becoming a part of their “unlimited” subscription—when I was choosing the proper payment option for me I chose the mid-level option that promised “full-access” with the only difference from their highest level being that it was not shareable between multiple people and none of their “translations” were available, both of which I did not need. However, clearly this was another big false advertisement as all my $32.77 payment did was “unlock” MY images. To clarify, no additional records such as labs, bloodwork, etc. were included in this “full-access” promise, rather you just get photos and based on other reviews I can’t even trust they’re accuracy. Moral of the story, save your money and just get a proper copy from your physician/clinic.

Do not support organizations like this who take advantage of individuals already struggling medically!!

Why are we paying a private company for records we used to access for free from the hospitals' record offices? How much does Pocket Health pay the givernment for our records? How is Pocket Health able to sideline my personal health info when I cannot even access my dying mother's daily record because of patient confidentiality? Is this the healthcare we asked for?

Pathetic! The link keeps trying to extort money from the patient. You see one image and the system wants you to upgrade for a charge. Extremely hard to navigate. Had my daughter look at it and can't figure it out.
Is this system supposed to be free?
All these seniors probably paying, unaware it should be free. Money gouging at it's best!

Great new online tool for fast access to images & reports following x-ray imaging. I was pleased with the short 24 hour wait to view my images. I feel the need to advocate for better clarification by doctors who seem to lack the required time or give a damn to explain the image results. I’m better informed on my condition because of this amazing tool.

Able to see my X-ray procedures very quickly. You see your actual X-ray with different views and the report findings included. I feel better being able to discuss my results with my doctor and being better informed. Only drawback is Alberta hospitals are not in their database yet.

Pockethealth says they have free access to your imaging. What a scam, continuous pop ups of fees. You press basic, no fee and the screen freezes. It promps you to choose the 45$ selection. You see one image and the pop up for 45$ comes up. I saw one image and realized, "What a Scam!" I tried to see the other images and wasn't able to because of the pop ups and the screen freezing. Canada is free healthcare! Go back to the usa, or wherever you came from!
