No customer service skills whatsoever.
Bought a bunch of items and discovered a hole in one of the pants after getting home.
When I brought them back the store refused to exchange, or at the very least allow me to buy it again at the discounted price.
Dan who “identified” as the head of the store was nonchalant and accused me of having ripped the pants myself, which was shocking to say the least.
No point in having a high-status brand if the people at the front lines are not trained to provide high level of customer care and service which is echoed throughout the reviews.

I am a big fun of this brand.I went to the store 6:20pm yesterday, I was told I had been banned from Polo brand . A Female manager told me because my purchase history problem. She given me a phone number and Email address. Let me Complain if I have any questions. I was shocked and called the number. The service person Malibu contact the store and told me, they said I have a bulk purchase history. I didn’t understand what was bull purchase . She said like purchase the same items as big quantity. I didn’t do it. I have all of the different color Hoody ,Sweater in my closet. Whether or not I can continue shopping doesn’t matter much to me, but I want to understand why,

when I asked the manager, "You don't know me, and I don't know you. There are so many customers in the store. How could you possibly know my purchase history and come over to tell me that I can't purchase it ?" The manager told me that their store has security cameras equipped with facial recognition technology, which identified me and allowed them to access my purchase history. Isn't this a violation of human rights? I'm just an ordinary customer who wants to buy a discount piece of clothing, I am not a criminal.

I went to the store and, after being unable to find the sizes I was looking for, I approached a white female associate for assistance. To my surprise, she loudly yelled, ‘If you can’t find it, it’s not there,’ in a rude and unprofessional tone. I was shocked by her behavior, as she continued to yell and seemingly follow us around the store, staring at us as we left while mumbling to herself. The entire experience was extremely unsettling and disrespectful

be carful shipping for the clearance items
Both product quality and customer service dropped badlly
bought sweater pant during an off-season sale in July and after this initial wash, we discovered a large hole in the garment. The item had not been worn, took it back to store for hoping to exchange it, receive store credit, or have it repaired. However, the store manager declined our request, citing the 30-day warranty policy,
