Great people and good deals! I picked up a 6hp outboard mercury. I'm glad I checked with them as people on marketplace were selling used 6hp mercury outboards for the same price as a brand new one from these guys. Thanks a lot guys !

Don't use these guys you'll be out money. Bought a new rpm gauge for my boat. Told them it was for a 1990 mercury blackmax 70hp 3 cyl. They sold me a tach for a 4 cyl and it doesn't work right. Called and told them the situation and was told you have the wrong tach you need a 3 cyl tach. They won't take it back because it's been mounted now. Unprofessional!!

I have had nothing but a positive experience parking my trailer in their outdoor storage. Prices were great, and staff was always knowledgeable and helpful. So much so, that in the middle of a windstorm, two of them gathered the cover that had blown off my rig for me! I was touched that they tried to salvage it. Thank you Port Colborne Marine and Storage!

First off, Shawn at the parts counter gets 5 stars...
He's very helpful and honest.

Now the bad...
Accounting is the worst.
Told over the phone my total storage bill was $500 cheaper than they actually made me pay.
Had my boat as a hostage, and wouldn't release it until I paid the extra.
She lied right to my face, and was rude about it.
Told me (in front of her boss) I repeated the increased amount back to her.
This is the total you have to pay.

Great customer service and competitive pricing - far exceeded my expectations. Parts/Service Manager Jessie was great to deal with, as was Mike and the Marine Tech Mark who was quick, knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions. Well worth the 3 hr drive to get there! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a boat or motor.
